The company had a legacy system for Policy Underwriting and Administration. The essential IT resources supporting this system were about to retire, and none of the new resources had experience in that technology. We elicited the new system’s requirements and maintained effective communication and collaboration within all the IT teams and business departments. We secured commitment from all parties and reengineered the Policy system while leveraging emergent technologies.

We increased the company’s competitive advantage, saved $2.2M in annual cost, and increased the revenue by $30M in the first year. Now we have access to a pool of IT resources. Also, we provide a user experience that attracts new employees.
